What the Hiring Manager Says

I’m looking for someone who will join the team and bring their experiences, expertise, stories, needs, worries, passions and aspirations. It is important to be yourself. We are a small team, and everyone plays an equal part in the success of what we do. We support each other and no one is ‘left behind’. Although we all have our individual responsibilities and roles, ideas come from every team member, and we run regular brainstorming and planning sessions.

The team is energetic, collaborative, and inclusive. We work together to produce quality work. It is a lean, well organised, and effective team, operating in a bustling environment. The role will require you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we share high quality information about the business ranging from presentations and award entries to fund fact sheets and due diligence requests. You will need to be a good communicator, diligent and well organised. There is the opportunity to learn a lot on the job and grow professionally, through a variety of tasks and support from fellow team members. No two days are the same.
