Why is our Incident team the next step for you? Our incident team will give you a chance to work in a fast paced and exciting environment in one of the world's largest Payment Service Providers. The team works in core hours and you will be on call one week in four as part of a 24/7 team. You'll get to manage all aspects of the day to day incident management process and work with experienced multi-cultural teams across the globe, in a role that leads the resolution of technical issues in an efficient and timely manner. You will be at the forefront of innovative Payments Technology, with the opportunity to learn new products and payment services as they are produced and employed across the financial world. How will you contribute on a day-to-day basis? Major Incident Management requires effective engagement across Technology and the Business. The key purpose is to coordinate and manage the processes and activities that support the provision of agreed Service Levels in restoring service. You'll ensure that all incidents are properly managed and the impacted services are restored as quickly as possible. You'll lead, facilitate and coordinate activity during Major Incidents. You'll ensure effective analysis has taken place to determine the correct prioritisation of incidents. So that high impact and high urgency incidents are addressed first and you'll continually seek to improve the quality, productivity and culture of the processes. What will make you the right fit for the team? You'll have strong knowledge of best practice processes for Incident Management, Problem, and Major Incident/Crisis Management. Have experience in Incident Management or similar. Experience in supporting international customers.
You'll have ITIL Manager / Expert Certified. Able to deal with senior stakeholder management and objections. Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment and have a flexible working approach. How is Worldpay changing the world?
