DAY-TO-DAY:
- Hedge Accounting risk management across bank FX/IR landscape
- Very senior level stakeholders to message stories behind the numbers
- Ledger management, control and journal execution in a complex accounting discipline
- Running regression models and trade pricing tools
- Identifying and developing 'lean' ways of working; leveraging Product Control tools where possible
- Technology development of in-house Hedge Accounting platform and models
- Being able to articulate monthly hedge accounting results to senior stakeholders and business partners
Profile
Hedge Accounting Control AVP
- Excellent Excel (no need for programming / VBA but a nice to have)
- Qualified Accountant
- Exposure to Hedge Accounting (cash incentives, fair value)
- From a Hedge Accounting, Financial Reporting or Product Control position sitting in another bank today
