My client is a high-quality hedge fund and private markets platform is looking to hire a Head of Sales to run their sales division reporting to the Head of Distribution of the business. This is an important new position for the strategic growth of the firm to the next level.
The Role:
Responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy
Spearhead growth efforts and scale the firm by strengthening the capabilities of the sales team.
Leading and motivating the sales team members to optimise sales pipelines and increase market share
Establish and foster partnerships and deepen relationships with existing clients.
Helping to design sales program to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Work in conjunction with the product team to help optimise the current fund offering and bring ideas for new areas of growth
Work collaboratively across the teams - including marketing, operations, product and executive team.
Requirements
Strong academic background
Strong, demonstrable experience within a leadership sales function in asset management including working with institutional investors and wholesale investors.
Broad asset class knowledge, ideally with liquid alternatives or hedge fund experience, with private markets a bonus.
You are able to work on multiple tasks and manage unforeseen urgencies
You have high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work with teams across a range of departments
