Within the Marketing department, we're recruiting a 360° Global Campaign Manager, a coordination role of all products, expertise, thematic planned campaigns locally and globally.


Marketing Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Research and develop Global Campaign strategy including; target audience, objectives, budgets, plan KPIs and targeted media channels in line with Global Business Strategy
  • Develop & maintain the global & local marketing plan ensuring the regional/local countries are appropriately represented according to global business priorities and objectives of the company, as defined by the top management
  • Gather client insight from various sources to enable targeted campaigns effectively
  • Brief external providers (e.g. agencies) involved in Campaigns, as required

Marketing Campaign Delivery

  • Plan and Coordinate all marketing campaigns throughout the value chain and the customer journey
  • Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns (emailing, conventional and programmatic display, SEA, social networks, publishing, press etc.) in close collaboration with other Marketing teams, the Communication team, and in relation with Sales teams, according to the customer segments and business priorities defined in each country
  • Ensure that the content is adapted to their mode of distribution, especially for digital (SEO, mobile, newsletters, social networks etc.)
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend is controlled and well allocated

Team Work

  • Work with all marketing teams to plan the production of content according to different audience needs and dissemination schedules (campaigns, website animation, newsletters, animation of partner platforms, etc.) and optimize the use of marketing resources
  • Work closely with the distribution team to ensure good timing between promotion and fund available on platforms distribution
  • Contribute to the realisation of sales target through actions in line with the business strategy
  • Develop strong working relationships with the Communications and Sales teams, to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Co-ordinate with specialised marketing functions and other stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns

Monitoring, optimisation and reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance, and identify & implement areas of improvement in order to enhance the KPIs
  • Optimise client engagement and journey
  • Continuous improvement and monitoring of client touch points outside sales interaction, aiming to increase engagement with the wholesale market
  • Responsible for reporting to Campaign Management Committee
  • Ensure all best practices are being implemented

Operational marketing

  • Manage the coordination of off-line and online recurring and on-demand marketing content (sales support tools, product sheets, brochures, website, etc.) while respecting the best practices in terms of rationalization, making sure to segment according to the types of customers and distribution channels


  • Internal: Marketing team, Sales, Country Heads, Brand & Communication, Marketing, Compliance department
  • External: External providers and clients

Role Requirements

Essential qualifications & experience

  • Higher Education Marketing (University, Business School)
  • 10+ years of experience in experience in a B2B2C universe, in a similar position in the financial sector in an international environment
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management industry or its products required
  • Experience in working in a client focused organization
  • Proven experience in the development and coordination of effective marketing campaigns



  • Excellent knowledge and writing in English (French a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Digital focused and understand different digital levers and / or acquisition strategies
  • Strong expertise in digital content creation and adaptation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

  • Able to create excellent relationships and communicate effectively with all internal teams, including Communication and Sales teams
