This is a brand new role where you are expected to come in advise and set up a strategy and framework.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out an initial analysis of the learning and development needs, which will help progress organisation capabilities.

Build a learning landscape aligned to corporate strategy, talent groups, graduate programmes, using a mixed approach of blended learning solutions.

Embed an innovative and cost-effective approach to learning and development across the organisation, and create a continuous development culture.

Work with the Talent Acquisition team to design an innovative and engaging on-boarding program.

Experience required:

This role would suit an experienced L&D leader ready to take on a truly unique challenge.

You will have experience of owning and building an L&D function in a fast paced environment.

Understanding of the entire Talent Life Cycle is essential, from initial hiring to senior leader development and the key processes and governance within the cycle.

To be successful in this role you will bring a passion for organisational learning and be seen as a subject matter expert with strong influencing skills and stakeholder management experience.
