Twenty Group are partnered with a London based Asset Manager that are seeking a Senior Manager / Head of FP&A for a 6 month fixed term contract. You’ll be responsible for managing both the FP&A and Business Performance team and making sure the Executive team are receiving insightful analysis regarding the annual planning and quarterly reforecasting
You will be supporting both the Finance Director and CFO predominatley with:
- Producing board papers and packs, business performance reviews and quarterly rolling forecasts & analysis
- Delivery and continuously improvements of the planning, forecasting, profitability analysis and monthly MI
- Team management of 8 people
- Engage with other business heads, delivering key insights and analysis where needed
Requirements:
- Prior FP&A experience in a team management capacity is a must
- Financial Services experience required – Asset Management experience is a bonus
- Strong modelling / analytical skill set
- Solid understanding of strategic issues and stakeholder management
