Develop, implement, manage and grow a professional and global alliance and channel strategy for the company;
Sign up and drive revenue across alliances and channel partnerships to grow our online and off-line business and constantly grow our external value proposition by working closely with our alliances and partners to aim for an integrated end-to-end offering to merchants;
Be a contact point for all 3rd party technical vendors & acquiring alliances who give leads and opportunities to the business;
Represent our client externally and be a spokesperson on events and public gatherings.
Proactively work closely with all senior leadership by aligning, designing Partner Development plans for successful execution across business;
Conduct regular partner reviews and performance screening by using a "Partner Business Review" process;
Help train partners and their sales teams to provide well qualified opportunities and fast on-boarding;
Work closely with the COO to align a joint roadmap with partners and alliances to promote a joint value proposition;
Work closely with the account development team and new sales hunters to align with partners and look at joint commercial opportunities;
Work closely with the Head of Risk and compliance to monitor partner performance, risk ratios, on-boarding quality and overall monitoring;
Constantly monitor partner performance and align with the finance team on constant improvement on commercials and bottom-line revenue.
Have knowledge of payment services and ideally experience of card-present and card-not-present;
Technically apt in the payments eco-systems and understand payment models such as:
- Fully integrated solutions
- E-Commerce (Direct; Re-direct / iFrame);
Ideally experienced or having worked across a broad range of industries such as (but not limited):
- Financial Services
- Gaming and online sports betting
- Event organisation and ticketing;
