Head of Accounts and Travel Management, London


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing a team of three accounts and travel associates
  • Oversight of all processes and tasks of accounts London, in cooperation with colleagues in the Hamburg, Germany headquarters
  • Check, pay and administrate complex travel expenses, entertainment and expenditures, and credit cards
  • Scanning and filing documents related to Accounts and Travel
  • Processing payments of all expenses and invoices.
  • Ensuring accurate cost allocation
  • Manage reporting and statistics process
  • Proactively change/set up processes in order to become more efficient and digital

Your profile:


  • Education up to A Level in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar subject at a minimum.
  • A qualification in international tax law and accounting is essential
  • Demonstrable experience leading an accounts team
  • Experience within the financial industry is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Ability to deliver high performance, without compromising on customer service.
  • Excellent experience in all MS Office products  (advanced Excel skills are advantageous)
  • German language skills are beneficial but not essential
  • Confident communication skills; ability to liaise regularly with all levels of stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
