International boutique bank are looking for an HR Manager support their growing team as they continue to find ways to improve HR process and employee experience in London and other locations.
You will be responsible for the daily administration and recruitment functions and deliver best of class service to the internal employees and implement the banks recruitment policies and selection procedures to attract the best talent
This is a very hands on generalist HR role and you will be the main point of contact between the employees and senior stakeholders with three direct reports whip will support you across HR strategy, recruitment, training and policies, disciplinary and employee relations.
