Norges Bank Real Estate Management is organised as a separate division within Norges Bank Investment Management and is managing the unlisted real estate portfolio of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global (GPFG).


Norges Bank Real Estate Management is seeking a dedicated and results oriented professional for the position as HR Advisor in the HR team. The HR team is responsible for recruiting, training and development, personnel administration and office management.


Your role will be to manage and coordinate the office management function of the London office and support our global HR team related to HR administration processes and procedures. You will have the opportunity to be part of an international organisation and influence the development of the HR area.


The position is located in London and will report to Head of HR. Travel will be required.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office management tasks in the London office
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external training courses
  • Support variety of administrative HR processes
  • Facilitate and coordinate local benefit administration
  • Responsible for office refurbishment project and space planning
  • Responsible for facility management and co-operation with the building manager
  • Responsible for office security, HSE and business continuity planning in line with company standard and local regulations
  • Manage and monitor local invoices, expenses, budget for office costs and ensure costs are within company’s guidelines and policies



Main Qualifications:

  • University degree with strong academic records
  • Experience in office management and/or HR administration
