Our client is a leading global asset manager with an enviable profile and brand.
They are seeking to hire an Investor Centre Manager to oversee and manage a face to face contact centre for HNW and mass-affluent investors. Key responsibilities include: manging a small team handling customer queries and onsite face to face host services to investors, developing and managing the team, improving the customer experience and service provided by the centre, acting as an escalation point for customer complaints, managing internal stakeholders, act as a point of contact for security and facilities management overseeing all day to day running of the building and facitilies, ensuring an appropriate calender is managed for all meetings rooms and events across the centre and ensure the centre runs efficiently and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will possess pevious experience in customer relations/customer service, event management, office management or a similar field. Candidates will ideally have experience in investments or retail financial services, although broader financial services experience will be considered. Level 4 RDR qualified would be very useful, but not essential. Candidates will also need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a pressurised environment. A customer first approach is important.
