Here at Lloyds Banking Group we are recruiting an Internal Audit Manager - Cyber Security and Resilience role which is based in our London office.

We provide expert assurance on the control framework of Lloyds Banking Group, supporting the Group as we become the best bank for customers.
We provide independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve our organisation's operations. We work alongside the first and second line of defence which are the business and risk functions respectively. As the third line we report to the Audit Committee over the effectiveness of the Group's risk management, control and governance processes.
In this key role, you'll support business management in understanding and accepting where action needs to be taken in order to protect the Group. In addition, you'll work across the Group to evaluate how current and emerging technology risks can drive additional business risks.
This will involve delivering a portfolio of audits with a principle focus on Group IT Cyber Security & Resilience. A deep understanding of Risk and Control is essential - with the ability to identify risks and understand complex control environments for IT processes within financial services. You'll be able to demonstrate experience of working with stakeholders to perform walkthroughs of documented process flows and identify controls, as well as developing and implementing test plans.
Good knowledge of IT Control Frameworks & best practice (demonstrable through practical experience) is also essential, such as COBIT; ISO 27001 and NIST. Audit experience is desirable but not essential.
An important part of the role will involve pro-actively staying up to date with emerging risks, threats and best practice, and understand how they can impact the business and the wider financial services industry. Knowledge and understanding of IT Security, including: Threat intelligence, security monitoring, Security Governance, defence against internal and external security threats and Identity & User Access Management) is key as you will need to understand the Cyber and resilience risks in relation to these technologies.
Naturally, you'll apply and champion the Group Audit methodology and standards and keep abreast of audit best practice and the changing regulatory environment. As a Manager, you'll develop, coach and motivate colleagues to create high performing teams that consistently demonstrate group values.
