Are you a recent graduate or looking for an entry into Management Consulting and Financial services? The bespoke Earle&Gomes Training Programme is designed to give you the experience and qualifications needed to start a successful career in Management Consulting and Financial Services via personalised study programmes; 1-1 coaching and mentoring and practical knowledge through placements with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking firms. Developed and run by partners with over 34 years’ experience in the sector, this Graduate Training Programme aims to prepare you for a career in Financial Services and give you strong competitive advantage for future development.

Aim:

Designed with recent graduates and graduates with up to three years’ experience in mind, this programme will give you exposure to a variety of functions within Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial firms. Earle&Gomes helps you build strong end-to-end knowledge of the industry and structure of the firm, wide business network and impressive project portfolio to set the foundations of a fruitful career as a Management Consultant within the Financial Services sector. Upon successful completion of the programme, you can take one of three pathways: stay on as an experienced Consultant with us; leave us to seek employment with a first-class CV, highly advantageous knowledge and impressive network; or take employment with one of our clients.

Structure:

Rather than pursuing a model where an initial short-term training is provided with the hope it would be enough to carry you through your assignments, Earle&Gomes provides a structured yet personalised continuous 3-year learning pathway to ensure you receive all the support and training you need to excel in your placements. Our Partners have international expertise within COO functions in Tier 1 Banking - Operations, Finance and front-to-back Change Delivery and give you the opportunity to learn directly from them, with no prohibitive steep hierarchy. During the first month of your initial assignment, you will receive weekly support, followed by monthly training and networking sessions, quarterly team-building events and bi-annual appraisals.

Qualifications:

Throughout the program, you will have access to a variety of online courses, webinars and training, alongside mandatory external qualifications:

         •           Year 1: CFA Investment Foundations; CISI UK Financial Regulations

         •           Year 2: ACI Operations certificate

         •           Year 3: APMP Project Management Certificate

Requirements

We are looking for recent graduates or graduates with up to three years’ working experience who:

         •           Hold a degree with minimum 2:1 classification from a Top 20 UK or Worldwide University in relevant disciplines such as Economics, Business, Finance, Accountancy and Maths;

         •           Are highly eloquent with proficient written and spoken English, and manifest strong communication skills;

         •           Demonstrate resilience, determination and ability to deliver on tight deadlines both as individual and part of a team;

         •           Are analytical, inquisitive and able to work on own initiative;

         •           Have a track record of high achievement in different academic and extra-curricular disciplines.
