Our client is an award winning investment platform currently hiring for a Graduate Client Operations Role. The role is to develop and manage relationships with independent financial advisers, through market leading service and support, with a focus on personal development and continual improvement to the services for advisors.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responding to queries from clients, advisers and colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Answering calls from adviser firms and their clients them with high quality service.
  • Carrying out instructions received via post and e-mail.
  • Responding to queries from clients, advisers and colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Adhering to all processes and deadlines ensuring our service is consistent and the business is compliant with FCA regulations.
  • Developing and managing relationships with the financial adviser firms based in the region of the UK assigned to your team.
  • Giving feedback to Advisers and their Clients to help them utilise the firm in the best way for their business.
  • Working with work sales and adviser support teams and always looking to improve company’s service, reduce errors and individual or team efficiency.
  • Understanding the different business models of the Adviser firms that you manage.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Degree in the relevant field, i.e. Business, finance, economics
  • Desire to work and progress within financial services
  • 3-18 months of work experience in financial services
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISAs and Pensions
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Unit Trusts, OEICs, ETFs and equities
