Global Head of CRM and Automation

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Devising, executing and managing global customer and data led CRM & Automation programme to drive best practice and industry leading results across all local markets
     
  • Hands on structuring of complex retention / re-engagement campaigns, lead scoring models and data / audience segmentation
     
  • Management & optimisation of customer lifecycle – including prospecting, nurturing, conversion & up-sell strategy
     
  • Inspiring, nurturing and growing CRM team and internal capability
  • Responsibility for growing revenue associated through sold CRM product, using commercial acumen and best practice to evolve business offering and client ROI
     
  • Rapidly grow levels of insight and visibility of performance across business from channel  
     
  • Development of incumbent CRM stack relationships and infrastructure, and key stakeholder in developing revised holistic global approach at group level
     

Other Duties/Responsibilities

  • Be an influential team player, bringing experience and positive, results-focused influence to group of internal marketers and external preferred suppliers
     
  • Become the voice of the customer across the business and put the customer at the heart of everything we do
     

Supervision

  • 1 x CRM Developer (To be hired)
  • 1 x CRM Executive (Currently contracted) 


Job Qualifications/Personal Skills

  • Hands-on experience using marketing automation CRM products including but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce, Responsys & Spark Post
     
  • Technical expertise in campaign setup, email communications, customer journeys, dynamic functionality, digital marketing analytics, and other platform specific tasks
     
  • Highly personable approach with excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong analytical capability and a focus on getting things done whilst exceeding commercial targets
     
  • Excellent knowledge of related legislation & regulations – i.e. GDPR, PECR and the nuances between global markets
     
  • Experience with HTML a plus, as is an advanced knowledge or admin-level experience with Salesforce
     
  • Team management experience and a history of inspiring sales teams to develop new and existing revenue streams


Required Education and/or Experience

  • 5+ years in a similar role with demonstrable results from overhauling approach to CRM & Automation
     
  • Experience in recruitment marketing a big plus

 

Material and Equipment Directly Used

Requires the use of office equipment, including desktop or laptop computer with docking station, monitor, keyboard and mouse, fax, copier, and telephone.

 

Working Environment/Physical Activities

Office environment; some travel may be required. Travel requires the ability to transport a laptop and peripherals and handheld device.
