Taylor Root is working with a leading technology and consulting company who partners with major clients to support and deliver innovative technology, digital transformation and technology solutions.



They're seeking an experienced German qualified commercial/technology lawyer to join its international legal team on a fixed-term basis. They need someone to start in September, and the Fixed Term Contract will be until 31st December.



The role will focus on:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on agreements throughout the contract lifecycle.


• Handling Statements of Works, Master Services Agreements, framework agreements, and other complex commercial agreements.


• Providing pragmatic legal advice to stakeholders.


• Supporting transactions across Europe and the DACH region.

Profile Required:

• German qualified lawyer with at least 8 years' experience.


• Experienced in commercial contracts within technology, IT services, consulting, or digital services environments.


• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to legal risk.


• Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced international business.

The role can be taken on a fully remote basis.
