Our client is a private equity placement agent with repeat clients in the UK mid-market. With an enviable track record behind them and seasoned fundraising talent at the helm, they are a fantastic place to develop your career in distribution. In order to continue growing and succeeding, they are looking for driven sales people to join the team, travelling around the world to engage with investors. You'll be someone with a proven sales track record and the drive and ambition to build a name for yourself. You don't need to have prior private equity experience - they are just as interested in equity sales backgrounds or similar. Their approach is to "hire for attitude, train for skills".

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain relationships with existing investors, taking on warm relationships on arrival
  • Map and approach new potential investors to increase coverage
  • Understand GP sales strategies and pitch ideas to investors
  • Manage sales processes through to completion
