Job Description:

As a manager in our client facing Financial Reporting Advisory team you'll have the opportunity to help develop and implement the strategy for this growing team. What you'll be doing:

  • you'll be proactive in developing, maintaining and monitoring your internal and external personal network
  • you'll engage with the wider firm to create firm wide financial reporting advisory related opportunities

  • you'll develop and inspire junior members of the team in their progression and delivery
  • you'll consistently achieve deadlines and understand the commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recoverability, fee income and client service

Who we're looking for:
  • you'll hold a professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA) (minimum criteria)
  • you'll have experience of working with large and complex groups, in addition to dealing with complex technical accounting matters (minimum criteria)
  • you'll have substantial post-qualified experience using IFRS and UK GAAP/FRS102
  • you'll have good working knowledge of compliance and regulation
  • you'll have the ability to support and mentor staff
  • you'll ideally have previous business development experience

You should be commercially focused with the ability to deliver innovative solutions. You should be focused on self-development as well as having the desire to coach, mentor and develop your colleagues. You must also share our CLEARR values - Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Respect and Responsibility.

We're looking for people who have a strong connection with and share our core beliefs:
  • Profit with a purpose that leads to a sustainable business

  • Our CLEARR values underpin all we do
  • We never compromise on quality

Valuing you
Your personal development plan will help you grow your skills. And you'll be able to shape your career within your team or by moving across our business or going on secondments in the UK and across our global network of member firms. You'll also enjoy a competitive salary and a flexible benefits package designed to meet your individual needs.
