About the Role
As a Financial Planning Consultant within Quilter Financial Planning, your core purpose is to provide financial advice to new and existing clients, following existing procedures, including annual reviews, pre and post retirement advice, investment and protection advice as well as referrals to specialists where required.
Working with our customers/clients you will identify financial requirements and needs and recommend suitable investment and advice vehicles to support their financial goals. You will also carry out annual reviews and Identify the more complex requirements and ensure the right advice is provided or relevant referrals are made.
You will support strategic initiatives with concentration on the movement of back book assets under advice alongside Self Employed Advisers, growing with our customers, enhancing efficiencies, and always being a responsible Wealth Manager.
About You
As a Financial Planning Consultant, you must be an ethical, professional individual who acts with focus and care.
You must have excellent telephone skills and be a clear and open communicator, possess strong organisation and planning skills and have great attention to detail.
Ideally you will have a Diploma in Financial Advice and a solid understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
To be successful in this role, you will work collaboratively and be someone who preservers to get the right outcome, learning and adapting from experiences.
