A Financial Crime Investigations Officer is required to support the Head of Financial Crime Investigations for an investment bank based in London. You will be responsible for the investigation and administration of suspicious activity and transaction reports, where necessary liaising with the relevant authorities.

You will be responsible for the investigation and administration of suspicious activity and transaction reports, where necessary liaising with the relevant authorities.

Financial Crime Investigations Officer responsibilities and requirements:

  • Research and respond to financial security escalations and or enquiries from trading & sales desks, marketing and operations.
  • Investigating money laundering and fraud cases.
  • Handling cross jurisdiction payment and transaction investigations.
  • An understanding of handling Whistleblowing investigations.
  • Strong Open Source intelligence skills.
  • Good attention to detail along with excellent written and oral skills are very important.
