Variety of middle office tasks: legal review, tax, investment structuring, portfolio valuation, transaction support.
Liaising with the firm ‘s partners and advisors : directors, accountants, lawyers
Management of & Reporting on our advised investment vehicles (capital markets and unlisted)
Cash and funds flow management
UK LLP management: HR / accounts / budget
Portfolio monitoring on our unlisted companies
Profile:
FO / Financial Controller / Middle office manager experience (3/4 to 7 years) ideally in an audit firm, an asset management firm or a hedge fund
Experience with investment structuring, reporting & corporate legal
Prior knowledge of portfolio management
MSc in Finance/business or equivalent– top tier university
Fluent in English / French
