With a particular focus on Real Estate / Occupier Finance and Financial Modelling. They are looking for someone with good client facing experience and a background in project work. This is a permanent role, based in London, offering up to £50,000.

Finance Analyst – Real Estate / Occupier Finance, Financial Modelling– Commercial Property

 

Finance Analyst is required to join the Occupier Services arm of a leading global Real Estate Firm to report directly into a key Partner. With a particular focus on Real Estate / Occupier Finance and Financial Modelling. They are looking for someone with good client facing experience and a background in project work. This is a permanent role, based in London, offering up to £50,000.

 

This is an integral role to join an EMEA wide business unit. A key responsibility of this role will be to conduct impact analysis on the new lease accounting standard (IFRS 16), assisting the transitioning of clients and giving implementation advice. This will include producing Financial Analysis and Modelling to ensure the impacts are aligned to client’s overall objectives. You would also support the wider project team focusing on both consultancy and transactional projects. An interesting opportunity within this role will be to join the Partner at pitches to help spot and win new opportunities for the wider business

 

We have been a leading supplier to this organisation for a number of years and hold excellent relationships with both the internal recruitment team and key stakeholders within the business. Essential requirements:

 

  • Mix of Real Estate and Finance experience
  • Client facing background working with occupiers
  • Financial modelling capabilities
  • Experience with IFRS 16 standards
