FinTech Customer Success Analyst
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
Goodman Masson urgently seeks an ambitious individual to join a fast growing FinTech Company as a Customer Success Analyst.
You will play a very important role in helping clients make the most of the platform by working with them to solve business and technical problems. This will mean daily interaction with clients and an opportunity to understand how traders, risk managers and other individuals use the platform to run their business. You will also be working closely with internal teams across various areas including development and sales to ensure the platform and services are running smoothly.
The successful candidate should have recently graduated from a top university and have a keen interest in finance. You should have gained 1-2 years initial experience within the industry and be looking to continue learning and developing your skills.
