Our client, a pioneering firm that offers (amongst other things) a range of risk solutions to the financial services market globally, has an opportunity in their OTC Risk space. A level of technical expertise in IRS and/or FXO is ideal as you will form deep, commercial relationships with Heads of Trading / CFO's etc. within Investment Banking and Hedge Fund communities. Portfolio compression, uncleared initial margin knowledge even better! You will be comfortable in front of large, senior stakeholder groups.
The M-Wek Company is recruiting for a Sales & Relationship Manager to join our client, a dynamic and ambitious FinTech business servicing the global financial services industry. We see our client as a pioneering firm that offer people fantastic opportunities in terms of exposure, training and culture.
They are looking for very top tier salespeople who are looking to take the next step in their career and who see themselves on an upwards trajectory. You will be tasked with developing long term commercial relationships with both the Investment Banking & Hedge Fund communities, deep selling and developing two flagship products the group offers.
The focus is on OTC Derivatives (IRS & FXO ideally) - XVA / CVA a big plus. The products offer portfolio compression, reducing counterparty risk and cleared & bilateral risk so the more technical you are when it comes to product knowledge the better.
What is most important is that you are ambitious, professional, dynamic and have gravitas. This is a high profile role within the organisation so you will be given the responsibility to manage very high profile client relationships.
There is flexibility on the below but all or a mix of the following skills and abilities ideal:
3-5 years sales experience. Ideally from an Investment Bank, or vendor selling complex risk products
OTC Derivative product knowledge - IRS, CDS & FXO
An understanding of commercial relationship development
An understanding of portfolio compression / uncleared initial margin
Comfortable presenting to large, senior stakeholder groups
