This highly desired role will surpass £150k OTE year one and is one of the most desired desks in the market.
As a Senior BDM you will:
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified clients through various manners of phone, email, face to face & social media
- Perform phone based and face to face demonstrations of the payment products
- You will represent the brand at events & corporate hospitality
- Be accountable for forecasting your pipeline
- Video call or Face to face client meetings, creating viable solutions and delivering presentations
- Collecting necessary documentation from prospective clients and following internal compliance processes
- Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings
- Reporting - ensure accurate and timely data entry of sales activity into CRM system
- Assist, support and guide the development of junior members of the sales team
- Liaise with your manager, team members, dealers and/or relevant stakeholders when there are issues or concerns that need to be resolved
Desired Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience within Payments/FX/SaaS as a minimum is essential
- Proven track record of working towards new business targets
- Working under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Numerate & commercially sound
- Ability to analyse operational strategy and evaluating where additional efficiency can be added
