You should have contacts and a track record of success selling into regulated financial services sectors in the UK in recent years. This need not have been IT or software related e.g. compliance subscription services or training would be relevant if current contacts can help you network across their organisation, but you should have an understanding of compliance and risk in Financial Services terms. NB Whilst based at home you need to live within easy commute of central London for regular client meetings (once allowed) as well as attending (and maybe organising) networking events.
