Responsibilites:
- Liaise with the Compliance Surveillance team for prioritisation and planning around implementation of new features or expansion of the population under surveillance, coordinating testing and tracking issues.
- Support Compliance in the definition of Business Requirements and translate these into more detailed Technical requirements for use by the technology teams where required.
- Contribute to the design of alternate end-to-end solutions for automated voice surveillance, leveraging existing recording and surveillance solutions and projects where appropriate
- Contribute to the design of alternate end-to-end solutions for automated voice surveillance, leveraging existing recording and surveillance solutions and projects where appropriate
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of implementing at least one eComms Surveillance system
- Experience of working with some aspect of Voice Technology (e.g. recording, transcription, surveillance)
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products
- Strong understanding of current Market Abuse regulations
