EMEA Talent and Development Lead - 10 month fixed term contract
Would you like to lead an innovative talent and development team that creates best in class experiences for our clients? We have an exciting maternity cover opportunity to lead our dynamic EMEA team, where you will be working within the heart of our business whilst being immersed in a customer-focused workplace culture built upon driving efficiency and innovation.
You will be responsible for overseeing and setting the strategic direction for talent and development initiatives in region. Working directly with the Head of HR and senior leaders; you will be supporting the regional implementation of global initiatives and driving local initiatives. You'll work collaboratively with our HR leadership team to deliver projects that align to business strategy and support the focus on culture and staff development. Our team is small, but extremely passionate about developing, engaging and retaining our people.
In addition to talent activity, you will also oversee the EMEA wide Learning & Development activity and participate in global development projects, using your subject matter expertise to ensure continued evolution and client satisfaction.
Your experience in programme design, leadership development and employee engagement will mean you consult directly with the business on a range of initiatives. Your previous experience and bold, commercial approach will ensure you gain credibility with senior stakeholders quickly. Your exemplary communication skills and an empathetic approach will see you build strong relationships within our team and with our stakeholders to make a real difference to our business.
