Excellent opportunity for a Sales/Relationship Management Specialist with experience within Corporate Trust and/or Structured Finance, to join an established City based financial organisation. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Corporate Trust business area/Directors, in order to lead and manage business development initiatives for new and existing clients, increase market awareness of the full product suite offered by the Company, maximise existing client profitability and enhance the Company’s client base.

Overview:

Excellent opportunity for a Sales/Relationship Management Specialist with experience within Corporate Trust and/or Structured Finance, to join an established City based financial organisation. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Corporate Trust business area/Directors, in order to lead and manage business development initiatives for new and existing clients, increase market awareness of the full product suite offered by the Company, maximise existing client profitability and enhance the Company’s client base. 

Key Responsibilities:

•Responsible for selling Corporate Trust services including note trustee, security trustee, escrows and facility / security agent.
•Developing contacts within investment banks, private equity firms, other institutional business sources and borrowers.
•Liaising with Private Equity companies, Insurance companies, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds and Asset Managers etc. in order to generate leads/new business for Corporate Trust. 
•Maintaining and developing relationships with arrangers, lenders, borrowers, market professionals and trade bodies.
•Ensuring that the target market is aware of the Company’s full product suite.
•Developing and implementing Corporate Trust Sales and Marketing Plan, recommending new lines of business within existing areas of expertise, as appropriate.
•Developing and implementing appropriate pricing strategies in conjunction with the respective business heads.
•Attending relevant industry events.
•Working with internal stakeholders to ensure controlled bid and on-boarding processes.
