The team is sector agnostic and welcomes applications from generalists and those with sector experience in TMT, Tech, Healthcare, Industrials, Services and Consumer & Retail. Extensive end to end mid-market M&A experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead M&A deal origination and execution in collaboration with seniors on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Support day to day management of transactions and taking responsibility for client communications
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will have accrued significant mid-market M&A experience, be bright and engaging and have the goal of becoming a successful M&A Managing Director. You will be client focused, have an ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships with clientd and be able to develop, coach and motivate junior members of the team.
