Job Purpose To support the Global Head of Investors & Insurance (I&I) in all aspects of leading the way with the development of a highly efficient, strategically aligned first class team. To consistently deliver the highest level of support and service in order to benefit the Bank and its customers, both externally and internally.

Organising events for Global Banking, periodical Town halls and scheduled engagement meetings.
Assist with preparation of strategy paper/presentations for various business segments and Global Banking Europe
Building out the communications and engagement strategy across I&I
Undertake ad hoc requests in order to support Global Head of I&I in meeting her objectives.
Working closely with the Business Assistant/ Business Planning Manager on various tasks
Leading on Excel and PowerPoint activities to support the production of strategy documentation and data analysis
Act as the main point of contact for internal / external contacts for Global Head of I&I
Act as trusted bridge between senior and junior members of staff, helping to give advice and consultation.
To lead and to drive all thought leadership initiatives and case studies for internal and external use to execute the Global Investors & Insurance strategy reinforcing SCB's core capabilities
To facilitate/develop the Global Investors & Insurance strategy and ongoing monitoring/execution of those core strategies.
Manage Headcount and contact with the COO and HR teams on such matters
Manage cost data working with respective Finance and COO team
Analysing segment performance across revenue, variances and trends.
Present findings and workings with to identify and implement strategies that will address the strategic goals.
Collaborating with the wider Group to ensure aligned and consistent analysis and reporting. This involves an extensive network of internal SCB teams across all products and geographies, especially in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the West.
Keep and maintain adequate records of all business performance management data.
Lead or participate in other Global I&I business-specific projects.
Ensure the business meets its obligations under Group Policy, Code of Conduct and complies with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Banking experience, understanding of Global Banking and Investors & Insurance business
Good administration skills including organisation, planning and co-ordination skills
Highly proactive, demonstrating ambition, dedication and pride in work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent eye for detail
Tactful and discreet, confidentiality is a must
Willing to challenge the status quo, comfortable interacting with senior management
