Vice President, Digital FX & Markets Solutions

Overview
We are partnering with a leading global investment bank seeking a Vice President to join its growing Digital FX & Markets Solutions team. This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on delivering innovative electronic and workflow-based solutions to institutional clients across Financial Institutions, Asset Managers, Brokers and FinTechs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships and supporting the expansion of a suite of technology-enabled products. This opportunity is well suited to a consultative salesperson who combines strong commercial instincts with an understanding of electronic markets, client workflows and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with Financial Institutions, Asset Managers, Brokers, FinTechs and other institutional clients.
- Drive revenue growth through a suite of digital, electronic and workflow-based market solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Partner closely with product, technology and trading teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Lead strategic conversations around workflow optimisation, automation and electronic connectivity.
- Expand wallet share across existing accounts while originating new business opportunities.
- Stay informed on developments across digital markets, electronic trading and emerging technologies.
- Represent the business externally and build a strong network across the institutional client landscape.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the wider Digital FX & Markets Solutions franchise.
Requirements
- Experience within Digital FX, Transactional FX, eFX, Treasury Solutions, Payments, API Connectivity or broader Markets Solutions Sales.
- Proven track record of client acquisition, relationship management and revenue generation.
- Experience covering institutional clients, including Financial Institutions, Asset Managers, Brokers and FinTechs.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Experience working across multiple internal stakeholders including product, technology, operations and trading teams.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop strategic business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to electronic trading products, workflow solutions or API-based services.
- Experience selling technology-enabled financial market solutions.
- Knowledge of digital assets, tokenisation or emerging market infrastructure trends.
- Existing network across institutional or fintech clients.
