Desktop / Deskside Support

Our client a leading Asset Management Investor is in need of a Deskside/Desktop Support.

It will be essential to have worked within the Banking sector and most advantageous within Asset Management.

If you have an excellent and proven background in Deskside Support gained within a large financial organisation and who is able to join a busy and at times challenging with 1st class interpersonal skills; I would welcome your details.

Technical Skills and Qualifications required:

Essential:

  • 2/3 years 2nd level Desktop Support experience
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 including Outlook
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience in configuring mobile devices e.g. iOS and Android
  • Ability to use helpdesk management tools to log/monitor/close client problems/requests
  • Experience of working in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to identify, isolate and resolve IT problems/requests
