An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global investment bank on an initial 9 month contract. As part of a close knit team working closely together, the successful candidate will provide a varied function supporting the trading teams int their day to day activities.

The Role

  • Performance of depositary oversight checks in accordance with AIFMD
  • Handle routine queries from, and correspondence with, investment managers and Clients as required
  • Assist in production of quarterly Client reports
  • Conducting Due Diligence reviews including on-site visits of the administrator, their delegates and the custodian
  • Cash flow monitoring
  • Monitor accuracy of NAV

The Candidate

  • Candidates without prior experience within an Investment Bank in particular the Trustee and Depositary function or Fund administration governance, sadly cannot be considered for this role
  • Proven ability to analyse complex documentation is essential
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid grounding of Microsoft Office Package
  • Understanding of Fund Valuations and Accounting

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly personable individual with an excellent eye for detail to join an expending organisation and work with a team in order to improve processes as well as completion of day to day tasks to an outstanding level.
