Your role
Great at leading a Salesforce team and wider programmes within Capital Markets? Are you as confident talking about the banker user experience, market requirements and the importance of banker adoption? Do you have experience and knowledge working with both Salesforce and Capital Markets clients?
If that sounds like you, and you have strong experience under your belt either at a consultancy or within an Investment Bank leading large digital transformation engagements, our Capital Markets Salesforce Delivery Lead role could be the next step you're looking for.
With a number of years in both the Capital Markets and Salesforce industry, you know your digital transformation and can talk about it well, either to your team, in client workshops and to C-level stakeholders. Running a project from workshops and scoping to build, testing and delivery is second nature - and you're at home with the relevant tools and platforms. You're organised and would make a great mentor to your team (you'll be managing small groups up to large teams, depending on the size of the project).
Overall, you're an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer - that's important. And you know it takes a mix of people to do amazing work, so you love collaborating with and learning from people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives. If you have an interesting or unusual mix of skills yourself, even better.

  • Together with the Capital Markets leadership team, lead work on our Investment Banking propositions, go to market activities and lead generation
  • Support the mobilisation of projects and their underlying delivery components; defining scope, progressing initial investment cases, driving key resourcing and planning
  • Take ownership for delivering important and large programmes for our clients, often as part of broader transformation initiatives
  • Responsible for setting standards across programmes for correct delivery methodologies and governance.
  • Build solid client relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision makers
  • Manage scope and timelines to ensure the team can deliver on time.
  • Manage a team and support Deloitte's workplace culture of wellness and balance.
  • Work across teams to bring our best expertise to our deliverables - from UX, to regulatory know-how
  • Work with BAs, developers and designers to ensure a high standard of deliverables are achieved
  • Bring and develop a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem - including existing and emerging products.

This role is based in our airy and bustling offices in Clerkenwell, London, with its legendary coffee machine and model train track, you'll also have a chance to work with clients throughout Europe and beyond.

Your professional experience
Overall, you're an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer - that's important.   • Experience in leading large Salesforce transformation projects from proposition development to go-live with a focus on Financial Service Cloud, Service Cloud & Sales Cloud; with relevant certifications
  • Experience managing local and global teams across different time zones.
  • Experience in understanding, managing and mitigating risk
  • Knowledge of various Agile development techniques including Scrum, Kanban etc.
  • Experience of working in Capital Markets - either in Investment Banking or Global Markets, leading front office transformations
  • Understanding of the key market players who are part of the digital technical ecosystem
