Dealerweb FRAFIX Sweep is the first GUI based Libor FRA fixing matching session offering superior functionality and intelligent matching to reduce traders fixing risk

Job Responsibilities:
  • Seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to grow and renew interest of existing client base as well as originate new business with given or sourced leads.
  • Sell Dealerweb services via messaging and face to face meetings directly with dealers/traders.
  • Organize client onboarding and garner continuous support from clients.
  • EMEA lead for expansion into other currencies/products
  • Ensure session trading is successful by understanding trader inputs/trading strategy and resolving any trade life cycle issues in a timely manner.
  • Help educate dealer clients on how they could maximize liquidity during the sessions
  • Keep up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain competitive advantage
  • EMEA lead for expansion into other currencies/products
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Dealerweb's development processes and requirements working closely with the global technology teams to drive and coordinate product development
  • Understand trade flow processes and the underlying systems used for automated trading


Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a wide range of responsibilities with internal and external clients.
  • Thorough understanding of electronic trading/e-commerce
  • Commitment to achieving high standards; Highest attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
  • Team-player; Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • A track record of ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Desire to conduct face to face meetings with clients and prospects. Pre- and Post- follow up.
  • 4-10 years of experience in fixed income derivatives trading/sales role
