This position is with highly entrepreneurial firm who have disrupted the Asset Management space by taking a data driven, transparent approach. In the last couple of years this firm have grown their client and asset base and are looking to grow their team as a result. More details on request, but it should be stressed that there are several differentiating factors this firm have compared to their competition in what is a crowded market. Perhaps best described as culturally like working for a FinTech start up whilst delivering institutional level service to sophisticated investors.
They are for someone who can design and deliver our data and information management process in line with business needs, specifically in the areas of data quality, data governance, and data testing. This will involve developing and implementing data management processes to improve data quality and maximise efficiency throughout the information management lifecycle. Data involved will include asset data, client data and data from other 3rd party sources.
They also want this person to identify new ways that data can be used. The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional knowledge of data management processes but also someone who is capable from a quantitative and technological perspective to help build the data function. Clearly a clear entrepreneurial passion and commercial mindset is required.
