The data analyst will be responsible for collecting, aggregating and sense checking data for the UK separates account business and fund team. The role also involves facilitating the transaction process through coordinating the important paper chain needed to pair the process and finally the role will assist the Investment Team with the quarterly reporting process ensuring all of the financial inputs are included.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feeding into critical reports for the Investment Team including; Client Reports, Oversight Committee reporting, transaction reporting and co-ordinating data to report to third party providers such as MSCI.
  • Completing relevant documents relating to transactions such as money laundering forms and MSCI new purchase forms.
  • Assisting in the creation and design of presentations for both external client presentations and internal committees.
  • Invoicing; both production of the quarterly management fees and ensuring they are distributed within a week of receiving final valuation numbers and production of transactional fees following successful sale/purchase, within 3 days of completion to be sent to clients.
  • Responsibility and ownership of the UK team’s data from the valuers and the data in Yardi and ensuring that the data is correct and the Investment Team have signed off on the data.
  • Updating the property list after the monthly team meeting.
  • Handling ad hoc requests on AUM, presentations and reports where needed.
  • Help provide auditors with the necessary materials they need during the audit process.


Person Specification/Requirements

  • Bachelor or University degree preferable (BS in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Information Management).
  • Good analytical skills and competencies.
  • Comfortable with large amounts of data and using data to solve analytical questions.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to manage high work loads with requests from multiple clients.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in business English (second languages beneficial).
  • Self starter (ability to work alone but also part of an international multi-cultural team).
  • Good communication skills both written as well as verbal.
