Your opportunity
The Deloitte Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for the firm's overall objectives of enhancing data protection, standardizing and securing critical infrastructure and gaining cyber visibility through security operations centers. The Cybersecurity organization delivers a comprehensive set of cybersecurity services to Deloitte member firms through regional delivery hubs and a Global Fusion Center. We are seeking Compliance Manager to join the team.

Your role
The position reports to the Global Compliance Leader within the Cybersecurity Strategy, Governance and Compliance team. The role focusses on assessing, managing and monitoring Global and Member Firm compliance with applicable global standards at the level of individual controls, and providing subject matter expertise to Member Firms to support and enhance their compliance efforts.

Responsibilities:

Strategic
  • Manage, monitor and improve Information Security Management System program, following ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

Operational
  • Execute cybersecurity controls testing across the Deloitte network to determine control effectiveness and adherence to ISO27001 requirements
  • Act as point of contact for the facilitation of ISO27001 surveillance and certification audits
  • Assist Global compliance leader in executing ISO27001 certificate management strategies
  • Track and monitor implementation of action plans to ensure remediation of identified issues
  • Identifies what is needed to validate remediation has been successful
  • Provide reporting on Member Firm ISO27001 compliance, generating specific compliance reports and metrics for senior management
  • Maintains internal ISO27001 website
  • Execute ISO27001 communications and training initiatives across member firms

Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cybersecurity, technology, legal, and risk leaders within DTTL and its member firms
  • Provide advice and support to Member Firms regarding ISO27001 compliance processes, scope, audit planning and appeals
  • Provide advice and support to Member Firms to define and implement corrective action plans

Your home office will be London, but this client-facing role provides lots of opportunity for travel.

Your professional experience
Essential
  • Education in business administration, a technology-related field, or equivalent education-related experience
  • Work experience in the Information Security / Cybersecurity domain ideally with a focus on ISO27001 implementation, audit and ISMS management
  • Experience working on a team responsible for cybersecurity compliance management, audit or ISO 2001 oversight
  • Experience assessing and managing compliance against agreed standards at the level of individual security controls (administrative, technical / logical, physical)
  • Experience managing and supporting compliance relationships, providing constructive recommendations and advice where required to ensure a collaborative compliance relationship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security topics, and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
  • •Broad technical and nontechnical understanding encompassing the design, implementation and operation of administrative, technical / logical and physical security controls across systems, infrastructure and applications
  • In depth knowledge of the ISO/IEC 27001 information security management framework is required. Knowledge of other frameworks are desired such as, COBIT, NIST, including 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Framework
  • Experience interacting, presenting and working with senior management
  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC, Archer or equivalent GRC tools is strongly desirable.
  • Ability to travel

Desirable
  • Professional security management certifications are desirable, such as ISO27001 Lead Auditor and /or implementor, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),or equivalent
