To be part of a busy Credit Department whose involvement with the Bank’s Credit process is comprehensive from origination through documentation, monitoring and control through to recovery. Undertake a range of key administrative tasks across every aspect of the process ensuring a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilites:

Checking of previous day’s data input including interest rates and credit limits.
Printing and distribution of daily Equifax alert notices
Inputting and monitoring of Excel spreadsheets including credit application trackers, excess approvals.
Inputting, monitoring and supporting the development of the credit Access database
Preparation of first initial approval sheet for all credit applications submitted for approval
Post credit application approval administration including scanning
Preparation of weekly schedule to Board detailing credit applications approved

Key Interfaces:

Multiple stakeholders in all departments across Arbuthnot Latham including ExCo and Group Directorate.

Knowledge/Experience:

Prior administrative experience ideally gained within the Banking sector.
Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications:

High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
