To assist the London BA team on producing requirements documentation, liaising the with the development and QA teams to make the specs clear.

The client is a large, international banking company.

Description

  • Liaise with business sponsors and users to capture business requirements and provide functional specifications
  • Define, coordinate and execute front to back business level testing and the validation of new functionalities and/or bug fixes
  • Daily engagement with users to gather feedback and details about the usage of the applications maintained by the team
  • Provide and maintain user guides
  • Liaise with Development teams to ensure accurate functional coverage and validate test scenarios
  • Ensure all functional requirements are fully satisfied to a high quality prior to release, Manage and escalate risks and issues

Profile

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in an FX or FX Options trading environment.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as reporting capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in defining and executing end-to-end tests on trading systems
  • Experience in defining and detailing acceptance criteria
  • Experience with working with in-house development teams
  • Experience of working in a formal project process methodology
  • Familiarity with defect logging systems and defect testing and re-testing cycles
  • Solid academic background in engineering, sciences or economics
  • Prior exposure to the FX Cash desk flows, products and processes
  • Experience in testing complex flows distributed across multiple systems
  • Project management skills
  • Experience working in an Agile team
