The Social Housing Client Services Team is responsible for managing requests from the housing associations relating to the properties secured to Prudential Corporate trustee Limited as Trustee in accordance with procedures laid out in relevant legal documentation. The team is also responsible for periodic reporting to clients on the composition and activity within the property pools over time.
The Corporate Trust Executive is responsible for managing multiple queries and resolve more complex reconciliations/requests in relation to the above. May direct day-to-day work of junior level employees and contribute to the relevant training, but will not typically have a formal management role.

This role will be focused on reviewing social housing documentation and updating the relevant property list data base which might suit a paralegal background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing requests assigned in relation to the properties secured to the Trustee (eg transfers, releases, additions etc)
  • Administrating the security property database
  • Performing property reconciliations, identifying discrepancies across different sets of data and querying with clients accordingly
  • Assisting with producing quarterly or biannual property reports for clients and responding to relevant queries
  • Liaising with the accounting team to ensure appropriate charging of the relevant activity

Job & Personal Skills:

This role is ideally suited to someone who can demonstrate:
  • Ability to accurately transpose & extract data across several systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Well organised and excellent time management skills
  • Have a good level of written & verbal communication
  • Able to work in a team and escalate issues promptly
  • It is a plus to have previous experience in supervising and training more junior staff
  • Previous experience in similar role or data management
  • Good Excel skills eg: (i) be able to run lookup functions and compare data across multiple spreadsheets (ii) understanding of macros (iii) be able to run formulas (iii) be able to accurately utilise filters to extract relevant data and find the relevant information across different entries. It is a plus to be able to troubleshoot faulty formulas and write and edit macros.
