We need a Conversation Designer to join our core Design team. This is a phenomenal opportunity to help drive the Content Strategy which provides a strategic approach to the creation and delivery of content and conversation across all channels and brands! We need a Conversation Designer to join our core Design team.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to help drive the Content Strategy which provides a strategic approach to the creation and delivery of content and conversation across all channels and brands! We develop and deliver holistic content plans for each area which factors in the desires of the customer and the business.



We do this by

  • Speaking the same language as our customers

  • Actively seeking opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge

You'll be part of a cross-functional project team and responsible for design elements, from design thinking right the way through to deployment, autonomously and sometime under the guidance of senior colleagues. Whether it's contributing to workshops, advising on how to do this properly or responding to research, you'll should be a design advocate and understand how to apply design principles.

Description

Meets the needs of significant customers related to a range of products and services and/or leads a customer advisor team over a given area.

Takes ownership for implementing a team's formal development framework, while informally mentoring others throughout the organisation in area of expertise and pursuing and investing in opportunities for own personal development.

Identifies shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organisation's change programme

Analyses and evaluates the feasibility/relevance of proposals for sophisticated products/services, then develops and amends as necessary and/or supervises activities performed by a product development/specialist team.



Methods and tools

Scope -Support Design leads and squads to develop content strategy for new journeys and redesigns for content.

Evaluate -Understand content current state and engage content partners. This could include: content audit; competitor analysis; target audience review; channel and brand review.

Design -Recommend content approach, define success criteria and consider the bigger picture across LBG.

Deliver -Work with Design Leads, Designers and other content teams to deliver content meeting customer and business needs.

Measure -Measure successes, capture the good stuff and share learning across Design.
