We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate ServiceNow Functional Lead. Your responsibilities will include:
• Working with key stakeholders from the business and technical teams to conduct high level feasibility studies, support the development of business requirements and, where appropriate, business cases
• Understanding complex client challenges, supporting the definition of functional and technical requirements and translating them into a sustainable ServiceNow solution
• Providing insight into the ServiceNow platform, associated enterprise technologies and use this to inform strategic business decisions
• Development and maintenance of core agile documentation and ceremonies (user stories, product/sprint backlog, sprint reviews etc.)

Suitable candidates should have the following experience:
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on the delivery of a large-scale technology implementation program
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and varied environment
• Experience with business process redesign, business cases and drafting requirements for technical development
• Knowledge and experience working with the Scrum (Agile) development process
The following are desirable, but not mandatory:
• ServiceNow implementation experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in relevant product(s))
• Certified ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certifications
• Certified Scrum Master
