Consolidation Manager position for a leading Energy business offering hybrid working.
Badenoch and Clark are partnering with a leading Energy business to recruit for a Consolidation manager for their London based corporate finance consolidations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the consolidated financial planning and reporting management accounts for the entire group as well as the production of management information and reporting required for senior stakeholders in order to support performance and achieve objectives.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Responsible for all areas of the consolidated financial planning and reporting process.
*Ensure financial reporting conforms to IFRS and Group accounting policies
*Co-ordinate, analyse and present the Monthly and Quarterly Actual results, Half year package, Year end package, Medium Term Plan, Annual Budget, Regular forecasts to the year end, Cash projections as well as Pension accounts for the Consolidated view of the group. This will include the production of financial analytics / management information/analytical review and reporting.
*Line management and development of five members of staff.
*Responsible for the coordination, production and review of OFGEM reporting.
*Qualified accountant with extensive post qualification consolidations experience.
*Experience of consolidation and financial reporting.
*Knowledge of Hyperion, ANAPLAN and/or SAP.
*Previous management experience is essential
