Conduct Risk Manager
Are you a Conduct Risk expert? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join us and assist with the management of our conduct risk across EMEA.

You will report to the Head of the EMEA conduct risk framework and have a specific remit of managing and enhancing our conduct risk framework. Working closely with Macquarie's business and support groups (e.g. Compliance and Behaviour Risk) your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving certain conduct risk project initiatives and managing conduct risk MI reporting (to Boards and Management Committees)
  • Proactively identifying enhancements to the EMEA conduct risk framework, MI/dashboards and procedures
  • Generate, analyse and present conduct risk & culture management information to senior management (e.g. EMEA Head of Compliance, EMEA CRO) highlighting key trends and any thematic issues of concern
  • Provide training to other teams on relevant conduct risk areas

You will come from a Risk background in financial services or similar with experience and familiarity with conduct risk and culture metrics. Understanding the UK conduct regulatory regime and having the ability to draft clearly and concisely (e.g. policy documents and PowerPoint presentations) are key for success in this role. Strong technical skills, especially Excel will be an advantage.
