Your new team
The Compliance Assurance team sits within the Risk & Compliance Directorate and provides independent assurance on the processes and controls that are used to manage regulatory risks associated with Nest Corporation and Nest Invests business activities.
The Compliance Assurance team deliver second line control and assurance framework alongside with Scheme Assurance and Internal Audit.
The team is the largest function within the Risk directorate consisting of six employees.
Your new role
Working as part of the Compliance Assurance Team, you’ll contribute to the development and delivery of compliance monitoring and control assurance reports.
You’ll analyse and investigate operational processes and develop proposals for future changes.
You’ll be involved in the creation and delivery of AAF 05/20 control reporting and any other agreed control framework.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Compliance Assurance.
What you’ll need to succeed
We’d like you to have some examples of how you’ve developed and built control frameworks, both independently and as part of a team.
You’ll have control reporting or an internal audit/ compliance monitoring background.
You’ll be comfortable in taking responsibility for delivering within agreed timescales in a fast-paced and high-profile environment.
You’ll have significant knowledge and experience of legal framework for automatic enrolment and technical expertise on occupational defined contribution pension schemes.
As the Compliance Assurance Manager will collaborate with colleagues up to ‘executive’ level, you’ll be a good communicator able to build solid relationships and explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
What you’ll get in return
Base salary up to GBP 45,000 plus Benefits.
For internal candidates the salary will be determined based on experience – Nest Level 2M/2T.
