Your primary responsibility will be to offer day-to-day focused compliance advice across the Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Infrastructure, Structured Finance and Private Debt business.
As the successful candidate, you will engage with Senior Management to ensure the Real Assets division meets UK regulatory expectations, overseeing and contributing to effective governance processes, and robust conduct risk management. You will provide compliance advice and approval for relevant product development and modification across client solutions
In addition, you will manage conflicts of interest is an important part of the role; notably as between external clients and you will facilitate and support any regulatory training required by the business as well as advising on wider compliance matters such as personal account dealing, gifts and hospitality.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrable experience gained within an Investment Management Compliance Advisory role, with specific Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Infrastructure, Structured Finance and Private Debt product knowledge.
