Our client, a leading provider of savings and lending products, has an immediate opening for a Complaints Specialist to join the business.
The Complaints Specialist will be responsible for;
- The ownership, investigation and resolution of customer complaints
- Ensuring regulatory requirement are met and excellent customer service is providing throughout the process
- Provide feedback to relevant business areas on opportunities for improvement
- Provide reasoned customer response
The successful applicant will demonstrate
- Proven experience of handling and resolving customer complaints within a banking environment
- Excellent understanding of FCA DISP rules
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective time management capability with the ability to manage your own workload
